In.vision was founded in 1996 and Quark Inc. acquired its assets in 2008. The In.vision products represent fifth generation enterprise XML authoring and management technologies that currently support more than 200 financial institutions, Fortune 500 companies, and federal government clients. Customers depend on In.vision products when they have very large enterprise knowledge management or e-business applications that require broad user deployment of XML documents and rigorous security requirements. For example:

  • In.vision products were selected as the standard for critical intelligence authoring and collaboration throughout the United States Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and its constituent commands, resulting in the purchase of 8,500 licenses for authoring of XML top secret documents in the DIA and major implementations among other US and allied intelligence agencies.
  • In.vision was awarded the highly-competitive three-year draw-down contract for Irish eGovernment XML infrastructure, resulting in a government-wide deployment of XML authoring of all legislative and other memoranda that are submitted to the Irish Cabinet Office.
  • United Parcel Service, Bank One/Chase, Pfizer, and other leading corporations depend on In.vision for XML document creation and/or processing.
